The 2008 Acres U.S.A. Conference and Trade Show is being held at the deluxe Hyatt Regency Union Station Hotel. The hotel is a short distance from many sites, shopping and restaurants.

Discount Airfares

American Airlines is offering a discount of 5% off its lowest applicable published airfares. Flights can be booked online at www.aa.com or by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and referring to Promotion Code A18N8AS.
     There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $10.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $15.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport. This amount is subject to change. At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com. The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.
     International originating guests will need to call their local AA reservations number and refer to the Promotion Code.

Getting to the Hotel

The St. Louis Airport (airport code STL) is located about 15 miles from the St. Louis Hyatt at Union Station. The hotel's website offers driving directions and detailed mapping.

Via Metrolink, St. Louis's Light Rail System
A light rail train system connecting the main and east terminals of Lambert International Airport to the downtown area. Hyatt is the only hotel on the rail line, connecting the main and east terminals at the airport to Union Station. Total travel time is 27-30 minutes. The trains run approximately every 30 minutes from 5:02 a.m. to 12:48 a.m. Not recommended for people with heavy or large amounts of luggage. St. Louis is a large urban center and it is not recommended to use this train in the evening or at night. Please keep safety in mind.

Cost is $3.50 to/from airport. The station is located at the rear entrance of the mall, making it necessary to walk through the mall (approximately a 10-minute walk.) to the hotel lobby. All other rides on the METROLINK are $2.00 each way. Metrolink tickets are sold at each stop.

Via Shuttle
An airport shuttle is operated by Trans Express. For reservations call 314-427-3311. Fare is $16 per person with service operating 5:50 a.m.-10 p.m., running every 25 minutes. Reservations are required after 6:10 p.m. (White vans with black lettering that reads Trans Express). Major credit cards accepted to downtown.

Via Taxi or Bus
The estimated fares for taxi service from the airport is about $45.00 (one way).

Driving from the Airport
From St. Louis Airport (16 miles, 20-30 minutes), take 70 East. Exit Memorial Drive East. Turn right at the 3rd light (Market Street). Stay on Market Street until 18th Street. The hotel is on the left.

Take 70 East to 170 South to 40 East. Exit at 20th at Chestnut. Turn right at the light (20th Street). Turn left at the next light (Market Street). The hotel is on the right.

Driving to Hotel via 70 East
Exit Memorial Drive East. Turn right at the 3rd light (Market Street). Stay on Market Street until 18th Street. The hotel is on the left.

Driving to Hotel via 40/64 East
Exit at 20th at Chestnut. Turn right at the light (20th Street). Turn left at the next light (Market Street). The hotel is on the right.

Driving to Hotel via 44 East
Exit Jefferson. Turn left at the light. Turn Right at Chouteau Avenue, then left on Truman Street, turn Left on Market.

Driving to Hotel via 55 North
Exit Truman Parkway, follow to Market Street. Make left at Market. Hotel is on the left.

Driving to Hotel via 55 South, 64 West, 40 West or 70 West
Stay in the lefthand lane under I-64 signs (while on bridge). Once across the bridge, follow I-64 west for one mile. Exit Market at 21st Street. Turn right at the light (Market). The hotel is three blocks ahead on the right.

Train Service to St. Louis
